Omosola Fiberesima, a converted AI Activist is the Director of The Place of Excellence Ltd that drives innovation and wealth in business, education, coaching, and creativity. She specialising in empowering women-led businesses, supporting micro/small businesses and start-ups. With over two decades of practical industry experience and teaching across compulsory, post-compulsory, and adult education sectors,

Omosola’s contributions to extended learning have been acknowledged by former Prime Minister Tony Blair. She effectively applied her business expertise within Higher Education, serving as the Student Guild Manager at the Bloomsbury Institute Student Guild for five years, undertaking strategic responsibilities before becoming an independent consultant.

She’s an author, speaker, radio presenter, and podcaster, obtaining degrees in Lifelong Learning, Business & Management, and an MSc in Career Management & Coaching. She has contributed to academic journals, working papers, presented at academic conferences, developed certified courses including a GCSE Equivalent, and holds certifications such as AFHEA, CBA, is a Five Lens Personal Development Practitioner and a member of CMI.

Omosola remains a passionate reader, nature enthusiast, an AI activist and volunteers within the church and community helping to combat loneliness and isolation amongst the older people.
